Pulse
The more you kick it . . . the more it screams.
Unlike other scooters and skating gimmicks out there, the Pulse Kick 'N Go feels like it is part of you. No more leaning off the scooter and messing up your balance. Just kick down on the kick pedal and get mad speed without giving up control. The engineers call the kick pedal a “single-action, dual-sided, ‘T’-bar self-propulsion mechanism.” You’ll call it awesome.

X Games
The Olympics of Action Sports
In the late 80s and early 90s, America witnessed a surge in grassroots action sports competitions. These competitions were generally organized and paid for by the competitors themselves, occasionally receiving local sponsorship or city funding. These events were always limited to one category in action sports. In 1994, sports television giant ESPN announced it's plans for the first Extreme Games, a multi-category event similar to the Olympics encompassing all action sports. After two successful years, the Extreme Games were officially dubbed the X Games, then split to also include the Winter X Games. Today, X Games' reach through television, the internet, and print media is at an all-time high. Bravo Sports distributes a complete line of X Games skateboards, ramps and rails, and protective gear to retailers across America.

World Industries
Why not?
Launched in 1987, World industries was one of the first in a new wave of skateboard brands. These brands were owned and operated by professional skateboarders, and World was at the forefront of brands that were small in size but big on innovation. Their small size also allowed World to experiment and develop skateboards with unconventional shapes, allowing them to influence the rapidly-evolving skateboard scene. Their advertisements did not display product, and their board graphics featured cartoons rather than skulls, and eventually, the iconic characters Flame Boy and Wet Willy became the two most recognizable characters in skateboarding.
